The Theme: Ethnicity
The Subject Matter: Whenever you have to fill in any type of form it always asks you in what ethic categorize do you classify yourself in but in my case there isn’t an ethic group I classify myself in. I always have to write tick the other box and whenever there is space and if there is because sometime there isn’t but when there is I write LATIN AMERICA proudly.
The Viewpoint: It’s in the perspective of a young person.
The Feasibility: The equipment we will be using a camera, camcorder, microphone, headphones, computer, final cut pro software, and tripod. We would have to book most of the equipment at the College.

I will ask Latin America people what they feel when they come across this feeling of lack of identity, lack of recognition. In south London, like Elephant and Castle it is know for where Latin Americans hang out, it has typical Latin American restaurants, clubs, bakery, community etc. We as Latinos should be able to feel part of this country and have our own ethic group and own box. I will speak to the founder of a Youth Group which is held every Saturday night in Pimlico Academy. This youth group called The Impact is part of the largest Hispanic speaking church in London. I want to see what they think about this subject and how it effect young people identity. There I will ask the young people who attend there regularly and hear what they think and see if they feel boxed out.
